Does the warranty transfer if I sell the device?

The 12-month warranty stays with the device, so a new owner is still covered within the period. Just let them know to mention TechVise.

What's your returns policy on products?

Unused accessories and products can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange, in line with your statutory rights.

4. Your device and data during a repair

We only access your device as far as necessary to carry out the repair you have requested. Please back up your data before handing your device in — some repairs (software, liquid-damage and board-level work in particular) can result in data loss, and we cannot guarantee data will be preserved. Remove any SIM or memory card you wish to keep where possible. We will never knowingly access, copy or share your personal files, photos or messages beyond what is needed to test the repair.

5. Who we share it with

Trusted providers who help us run the business — such as our payment processor and parts suppliers — and only as needed. We may share information where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
