Does my repair include a warranty?
All our repairs include 12 months warranty with every brand including Apple and Samsung Screens (T&Cs Apply).
How long will my repair take?
Every repair will be aimed to be fulfilled and delivered back to the customer within 3 - 5 working days of receiving the device.
What is the shipping process?
You will receive an email including information of where your device needs to be shipped (UK). Once the device has been received and repaired, we will aim to ship the device back to you within 3 - 5 working days (T&Cs Apply).
Are we an authorised supplier?
TechVise is a replacement to brands such as Apple. However, we use products of the highest quality providing a top tier service.
What happens if my device is not repairable?
Our first priority will be to notify you at every stage of your repair and keep communication as clear as possible. In the rare case scenario your device is not repairable, you will be informed of the next possible options available.
