Repairs & timing
Most common repairs — phone screens, batteries, charging ports — are done while you wait, often within 30–60 minutes. Laptop and console repairs, or anything needing a part ordered in, usually take 24–72 hours. We'll always give you a clear timescale before we start.
Both work. You're welcome to walk into the shop on Bagshot High Street, but booking online or by WhatsApp means we can have the right part ready and get you in and out faster.
Often, yes. We do board-level and micro-soldering work in-house — charging ICs, dead motherboards, water damage — the jobs many shops mark as "beyond economical repair." Our success rate on these complex jobs is over 90%.
Warranty & parts
Every repair carries a full 12-month warranty covering both the part and our workmanship. The warranty covers the part and workmanship — not new accidental damage.
We use genuine-grade parts matched to original performance — no cheap aftermarket glass that yellows, dims or causes ghost-touch. Where genuine OEM parts are available and you'd prefer them, we'll quote that option too.
Then you don't pay for the attempt — that's our no fix, no fee promise. The only exception is parts we've had to order specifically at your request, which we'll always flag in advance.
Your data & payment
Yes. For most hardware repairs we never need to access your files, and we recommend backing up beforehand where possible. We treat every device confidentially and never browse personal content.
In many cases, yes — phones, laptops, external drives, SD cards and even RAW or corrupted filesystems. Bring it in for a diagnostic and we'll tell you honestly what's recoverable before any work begins.
You can pay by card, including online when you book. You'll see a fixed price before we start, and for most in-store repairs you settle once the work is done and tested. Some booked-in or postal repairs take a deposit at booking.
Postal & coverage
Absolutely — we repair for customers across the whole UK by post. Book online, send it in, and we return it fully insured once it's fixed and tested.
We're based in Bagshot and serve Ascot, Camberley, Lightwater and the surrounding Surrey area for walk-in and collection repairs — plus the rest of the UK by post.
