Three promises on every repair

12-month warranty

Every repair we carry out is guaranteed for a full 12 months, covering both the part and our workmanship.

Genuine-grade parts

Components matched to original performance — no cheap aftermarket parts that fail early.

No fix, no fee

If we can't complete the repair, you don't pay for the attempt. The only exception is parts ordered in at your request.

What the warranty covers

Covered

  • The replacement part we fitted
  • Our workmanship on the repair
  • Faults with the same component within the warranty period
  • Free re-repair or replacement of the covered part

Not covered

  • New accidental damage (drops, cracks, spills) after the repair
  • Water damage following a repair
  • Faults on a different part or component
  • Damage from a third-party repair after ours
  • Software issues unrelated to the repair
Making a claim

Something not right? Here's what to do

1. Get in touch

Call, WhatsApp or pop in with your device and a quick description of the issue.

2. We check it over

We confirm the original repair and assess whether it's covered under warranty.

3. We put it right

If it's covered, we re-repair or replace the part free of charge, usually same day.

Good to know

We keep a record of every repair against your name and device. Just get in touch and we'll find it — no paper receipt needed, though it helps.
The 12-month warranty stays with the device, so a new owner is still covered within the period. Just let them know to mention TechVise.
Unused accessories and products can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange, in line with your statutory rights.
