These terms apply to repairs and services provided by TechVise and to your use of this website.
Prices shown online are guide prices. Your exact price is confirmed after a free diagnostic. A quote may change if the fault differs from what was first described.
If we cannot complete the repair you asked for, you won’t pay for the attempt. A diagnostic fee may apply to certain assessments (for example liquid-damage or board-level work) — we’ll make this clear before we begin.
Some repairs (for example ordered-in parts) may require a deposit. Payment is due on completion before collection unless agreed otherwise. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
Repairs are covered by our 12-month warranty as set out on our Warranty page. It covers the parts we fitted and our workmanship; it does not cover new accidental or liquid damage, or faults unrelated to the original repair.
Please (a) back up your data before your repair, (b) remove any SIM or memory card you wish to keep, (c) provide any passcode needed to test the device, and (d) confirm you are the owner or are authorised to request the repair.
We take great care with every device, but repairs can carry risk — particularly liquid-damage, no-power and board-level work — including possible data loss or that a device cannot be recovered. By proceeding you accept these risks. We are not responsible for data you have not backed up, or for pre-existing damage or faults.
Please collect your device promptly once we tell you it’s ready. Devices left uncollected for an extended period (we’ll tell you the timeframe) may be subject to storage charges or disposal in line with applicable law.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability in connection with a repair is limited to the cost of that repair.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
